Adrian is the Principal Consultant with extensive experience in leading data and digital transformation initiatives to achieve business outcomes. He established DFORE to provide consulting services aligned to values of respect, integrity, innovation and diversity.
Adrian is an experienced Gateway reviewer and has undertaken numerous program and project reviews for various organisations, including national data and information systems, advanced analytics and cloud services, and strategic reviews for national data programs.
Adrian believes in life-long learning. His qualifications include a Master of Commerce, Master of Information Systems, Bachelor of Science (Resource and Environmental Management) and Diploma of Project Management. He stays up to date on best practice through certified credentials in SAFE 6.0, PRINCE2 Agile, and Managing Successful Programs (MSP).
Adrian promotes professional practice and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Australian Information Security Association, Australian Institute of Project Management, Australian Computer Society and Information Systems Audit and Control Association.
